Pluralsight is a Utah based company who believes everyone should have the opportunity to create progress through technology and develop the skills of tomorrow. They provide online education and training for individuals as well as businesses. The new global headquarters in Draper, Utah is 300,000 square feet on a 22-acre site and includes 1,750 parking stalls. The campus accommodates up to 2,000 team members, with a full-service café, medical clinic, fitness center, as well as walking paths and access to nearby trails.
By working with the design team, it was clear Pluralsight wanted this project to showcase the incredible views their new office space had to offer. They wanted the buildings to be visible from the freeway and the design to give employees an incredible view of their surroundings. With this goal in mind, Ensign provided site civil design and surveying services by evaluating the potential floor elevations of the building so the site could be graded in a way that not only accommodated the vision of the client but also worked with existing site topography and constraints.
