Jordan Station and The Cliffs at Jordan Station was a two-phase project in which the first phase began in 2013 and the second phase wrapped up in 2019. These apartments are located within a short walking distance to the South Jordan frontrunner station.
Jordan Station consisted of approximately 268,000 square-feet of apartments, 60,500 square-feet of parking garage, and roughly 7,000 square-feet of commercial space. It consisted of a combination of slab on grade apartments and post tension podium slab single story parking garage with four stories of wood apartment construction on top.
The Cliffs at Jordan Station consisted of approximately 249,000 square-feet of Apartments and 79,000 square-feet of parking garage. Four stories of apartments over one story of post tensioned parking garage occurs on one of the three buildings and two stories of garage occurs on the other two buildings. One of the buildings also included a unique rooftop garden area with two hot tubs that overlooks the Jordan River Bottoms. The site for The Cliffs also posed a challenge due to the 60 plus feet of fall that occurred across the 280ft wide site.
